EuroHygiene Ltd was established in 2002 and provides a service to Hotels, Bars, Restaurants and a wide variety of other businesses.

EuroHygiene assists business with the implementation of HACCP, and other safety plans, to reduce the risk of illness, accident or other loss.

We offer a variety of services including:

		Food - HACCP implementation Development of plans for good management of Hygiene standards, including documentation to assist with due diligence and traceability of foods Supplier audits, and Audits of the catering operation from delivery to final service Microbiological analysis of foods and drinking water / ice Microbiological analysis of preparation surfaces and utensils General sampling and Analysis

		Legionella Control Testing of water supplies, and distribution systems, analysis of the effectiveness of existing Legionella management controls; Risk assessment of the Water distribution system; Sampling and Analysis of water for the presence of Legionella bacteria; Development of effective Legionella management controls in line with the "14-point plan", referred to by UK Tour Operators; Routine monitoring of all water systems; Effective Hyper-chlorination of all water systems

		Swimming Pools Risk assessment of all recreational waters; Implementation of effective sampling and monitoring routines; Regular testing of water ; Microbiological and chemical analysis of water; Sampling and analysis of water for the presence of Cryptosporidium; Implementation of effective Cryptosporidium controls

		Training We offer a wide variety of training courses to support the services offered by EuroHygiene Ltd. These include: HACCP Hazard Analysis - Principles and Practice Risk Assessment - Principles and Practice Swimming Pool Risk Assessment Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Food Hygiene Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Health & Safety Training provided can be accredited by an internationally recognised organisation (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health - CIEH). EuroHygiene Ltd is a recognised Registered Training Centre for the provision of these internationally recognised courses. Alternatively a specific course can be developed for you, to suit your immediate needs.
