How To Order
To place an order your computer must be able to accept cookies. We use these to keep track of goods you wish to order.

To buy an item, simply click on the shopping basket icon against each item you want to purchase. This will place the items in your "shopping basket".
When you have finished shopping, click on the "VIEW BASKET" button to check that all the items in your basket are correct, then click on the "CHECKOUT" button to take you through to the payment screen. Complete your details as required and you will be taken through to a secure payment screen.
This screen is handled by PayPoint.net payment services and only they have access to your personal payment details.
Orders placed will be processed the same working day subject to:
1: order received before 12:00 GMT,
2: availability of products, and
3: payment or open credit facilities.
If goods are in stock, dispatch will normally take place within 3 - 5 working days for UK orders using standard delivery and approximately 5 - 10 working days for orders outside the UK. You will be advised by phone or e-mail of any delay. We will also e-mail you to confirm shipment and give you an estimated date of arrival.
EuroHygiene is not liable for failure to deliver by such dates or for any damage or loss arising directly or indirectly out of delay in delivery or out of non-delivery. Whilst every precaution is taken in packing goods, no liability can be accepted for loss, breakage, or other damage to goods during transit.
Orders may be suspended or cancelled as a result of any contingency beyond EuroHygiene's control such as strike, lock-out, fire, accident, prohibition of export or import, Government decree or requirements, war or civil disturbances interfering with manufacture or delivery, shortage of raw or packing materials, receivership or imminent liquidation of the Buyer.
Delivery is based on the volumetric weight of products ordered. For furtehr information, please contact us.
Delivery to addresses outside the EU may incur other charges, such as Import Duty. We ship goods to the point of Customs collection. Any duties and clearance charges are payable by the buyer.
